Louie is a 15 lb perfect companion. He is happy and full of life. He loves to curl-up next to you on the couch and jumps for joy when you walk with him around the house. He gets along with my three dogs and two cats. I've had visitors to my home, and he greats them without barking. He will let you know when it's time to go outside or when he wants attention by letting out what sounds like a bird chirp. Sometimes, the chirp will get louder if you don't respond to him.
Due to his heart condition and collapsed trachea, he will rest during the day and take short walks. He loves going for walks to see the sights, sounds, and smells. Louie coughs occasionally due to his collapsed trachea, but it's nothing to worry about. Each adoption begins with a 2 week trial sniffing period to make sure its a good fit before finalizing the adoption!

Our initial adoption process begins with an application of interest, a phone interview, an interact with all family members including pets, and a home check. Among completion and review of those areas then an adoption will be finalized with an adoption agreement, adoption fee, and followed up with a check-in within 2 weeks of bringing the new pet home.
