Here's what the humans have to say about me:
🖤ADOPT CLOVER🖤
F | 2Y | 45 KG | Mixed Breed | Spayed | UTD on shots| Dog tested | Not cat tested | Not kid tested | Medium Energy | Fostered in Hamilton
It is your lucky day, BATM fam, because we found a lucky, four-leaf clover of a dog to light up your life. And her name is Clover!
Clover knows how to enjoy life to the fullest, thanks to her love of car rides and beach walks. Our girlie pop has a lot of energy flowing through her, which makes her excited on her walks! (Not a fan of bikes, skateboards, or scooters, though, that gives her the jitters). Sometimes that excitement turns into leash-pulling and reactivity, so her future family will need to help her continue working through this.
Give her some sturdy toys, and she is good to go. This lover of play is obsessed with kongs, especially the stuffed and frozen ones. She is a chewer, so it's essential to be mindful of this when providing her toys!
She has met many adult humans and she is loves their company. At first, she is a bit unsure of males, but once she makes the first move towards the male hoomans, she warms up quickly and befriends them. We also noticed a skin reaction when she was on a chicken-based food, so she will need to be on other proteins!
Our lucky Clover has done fan-freaking-tastic in pack walks. Though we have seen her be somewhat prey-driven, so small furry friends (dogs and cats alike) can be tricky for her. We haven’t seen her interacting with smoller humans or felines; therefore, proper introductions will be vital in this area. We suspect she might not be at her absolute best in an apartment setting, as the outside noise in hallways can lead to some reactivity.
Her forever family will be luckier than a four-leaf clover to have this munchkin in their lives.
