My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

BUSTER

Super friendly, energetic and affectionate

- Beagle mix, approximately 10 yrs old, male, medium-energy and small-sized, 25 lbs
- Was surrendered to EHS from a loving family.
- A sweet and snuggly cuddle-bug who loves his people.
- Needs to work on his leash manners, as he loves to sniff and will pull to get there
- Buster would benefit from obedience training to build on his repertoire of commands, though he knows the basics like sit & paw!
- He is food-motivated, loves recognition and eager to learn!
- Buster is house-trained, microchipped and has his core vaccinations (he will be neutered before his adoption)

BUSTER’S IDEAL HOME:

- Buster is social and active and will do well with a family that is patient and will help him build his confidence.
- Given Buster loves to sniff around & also can be quite vocal when excited, we are recommending him for a home with a fenced yard.
- We are recommending Buster for a home with no other dogs in the home.
- He may do well with older kids or teens that are dog savvy, that would be determined at a meet and greet with the Adoption Coordinator.
