Luce is ready to LET loose (get it?) in a new home this holiday season.
This handsome guy came to us when his previous person could no longer care for him. Luce's previous owner described Luce as having a "heart of gold", but being quite nervous.
We have come to understand him the same way here at Lollypop Farm: Luce is an absolute gem of a dog, but he is hesitant of new situations. Because of this, we are seeking an understanding and patient person for this gentle, timid guy.
Before he warms up, Luce can be found hiding behind his trusted person, keeping his head low, and not wanting to approach.
BUT! Once he warms up to you, Luce enjoys stuffed toys (bonus points for squeakers) and pretty much any treat that you'll offer to him (super extra bonus points for Pupperonis!). Luce also enjoys hiking on our trails and does very well outdoors.
And as an added bonus, this sweet boy has not only lived with dogs in his previous home, but is a member of our dog playgroup here at Lollypop. He has really opened up with the help of other dogs.
