Louvre is a work of art and a precious gem. Hello! My name is Louvre, I came to ECCHA as a stray. I am a sucker for head, neck and chin rubs and really do not dislike much of anything! I am a chill sweet and friendly kitty. We are not sure how I do with other cats or dogs, so please introduce me slowly. I am already neutered so I am ready to be the next stolen gem to bring home.

Visit www.eccha.org to complete our application online by clicking on a specific pet or the generic dog/pup or cat/kitten.

Approve Application

We will review your application and ask questions to help you and your family find the best fit. You will receive emails to keep you updated

Meet the Pet

Approved applicants will be contacted to schedule a meet and greet either at the shelter or with the foster family.

4.
Sign Adoption Contract

Your application is approved, your pet is picked, you are ready to adopt. Sign our contract and pay the adoption fee to bring your pet home.
