My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Playful, Loving, Follower

Chasing her toys up and down throughout the halls, Roxie Roxanne (Roxie), is an adorable kitty who is not one to turn down a good play session! Although she may be reserved at times, once she spots a feather wand, Roxie’s spunky attitude truly shines! She is a dainty lady in appearance, but when she plays she is full-on tomboy!

When it’s not playtime, Roxie can be found snuggled up by her human friends or in their lap for a nice nap! At first, Roxie may be hesitant to cuddle with her new friends, but if given enough time to properly adjust, this sweet girl becomes affectionate and is bound to bring joy to just about anyone she meets! She loves to walk where you are stepping, practically becoming intertwined with your feet...so watch your step!

When it comes to her ideal home, Roxie would thrive in an environment with patient human friends who understand that Roxie may take a bit to get adjusted to her new home. This sweet girl loves to be with her people, but may not always show it. Once she has gotten to know her human companions, her loving personality truly shines, as she enjoys curling up on her human friend’s lap for a nice snuggle.

Roxie loves to be held by her human friends on occasion and will let her human companions know with a little meow that she is ready to be picked up. Her request is a surefire way to bring a smile to her human companions.

Roxie may not always be down for snuggle time, but that is not to say that this adorable girl won’t come out of her shell once she has fully acclimated to her environment.

If your ideal Saturday includes curling up on the couch with a little love bug perched beside you, Roxie might be your purr-fect match!

All APA! cats are fully vetted, spayed or neutered, and have updated vaccines and a microchip. Lifetime support is offered by our Cat Behavior Team.
