Mathilda was found dumped with a tiny companion near Wapato, WA — scared, matted, and in pain. We couldn’t walk away. It took over four hours of careful grooming to free both dogs from the mats that covered their bodies. They had to be shaved down completely, and Mathilda was also suffering from an infected leg that has been slowly healing with love and care.

But through everything… this girl has shown nothing but heart.
