My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

*Indoor Only*

Theta is a big, brown tabby male kitten who is as chill as they come. He loves to lounge in the sunshine and watch out the window. Theta will melt in your lap if you give him a head massage and let his foster mom dress him in all kinds of Halloween costumes. His favorite toy is the laser pointer, but he also loves any string toy. Theta would be ok as a single cat but would also love to be adopted with one of his siblings to wrestle around with. No issues with other cats, no dog experience.

Adoption fee of $100 includes spay/neuter, FIV and FELV combo test, up-to-date rabies and distemper vaccinations, deworming treatments, flea treatments, and microchip.

More about this rescue

Shadow Cats TNR (SCTNR) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to assisting animals in need. Our mission is to establish and manage programs for the welfare of community cats, companion animals, and pet owners needing assistance, in collaboration with other community partners, rescue groups and shelters.

We specialize in controlling the community cat population through Trap-Neuter-Return (TNR). As a result of the TNR process, we often acquire, along with feral cats, friendly and semi-friendly cats and kittens. We work to place these cats into appropriate homes through our adoption and barn cat programs. SCTNR seeks to educate the public on the importance of spaying/neutering all pets as well as controlling the cat populations in our county.
