My story

hi Darla,

this pretty lady is a 8-year-old, 20 lbs. Shih Tzu / Bichon mix. She was surrendered to our care with another dog from commercial breeder when they was no longer needed.

Darla spent many years being used for nothing more than profit so she is understandably a bit confused in her new life. She allows all handling but she is very timid. She will do her best imitation of a statue when meeting new people so she is looking for a loving and patient home that will help her gain more confidence. She really needs a home with a social dog to help her.

She would need to meet any resident dogs.

She will come spayed, vaccinated, microchipped and 4dx tested. She is also scheduled for a dental evaluation and will receive it as the vet deems is necessary.

Our volunteer will work on approval which includes landlord / vet / personal references and a conversation with the applicant

After approval, we will set an appointment with the pet you chose or for open meets with pets that fit the criteria

Sign Adoption Contract

If you love the dog, you will sign the adoption paperwork, pay the adoption fee and the pup is yours!

We do not have open hours for the public and all meets are done on an appointment basis for approved applicants.
