Hi, I’m Sugar — and yes, I really am as sweet as my name! I’m a gentle, shy girl with a relaxed spirit, and once I warm up, I absolutely love being close to my people. Cuddles are one of my very favorite things, and I’m happiest when I get to curl up beside you and soak up all the love. I get along wonderfully with kids and other dogs — I’m friendly, calm, and easygoing. I haven’t really met cats up close yet, but the few times I’ve seen them outside, I didn’t pay much attention, so I might do just fine with a slow introduction. I’m house trained, crate trained, and walk nicely on a leash. Since I’m still a puppy, it’s best to keep me in my crate when you leave the house for longer periods, just to make sure I stay safe and out of trouble while I’m still learning. Don’t worry — I settle in well! I adore bones, toys of all kinds, and any excuse to play. But I’m just as happy being your little shadow, following you around the house with my soft, sweet presence. I’m a loving girl who brings calm, cuddles, and joy wherever I go.
