Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Meet Bagheera! Bagheera entered the shelter in late October with a brother, both of them terrified of the world. We worked with them and soon Bagheera`s brother came out of his shell and was quickly adopted. Bagheera has had a little less success at being social with people, but has shown that he enjoys having a confident cat friend to play with. Besides a small hiss when he first sees you, Bagheera is learning to enjoy people and will allow pets and chin scratches (he might pretend he doesn`t enjoy it, but he does...). When he feels safe in his cage, he goes wild about toys and catnip! His favorite activity is creating a small hoard of toys and napping on them, almost like a dragon. He would do best given at least two weeks to get used to his new home environment once adopted so he can settle in and get comfortable. Another calm, confident, and sometimes-playful cat companion would be good as well. If you`re ready for a pocket-sized panther with an attitude (and a big heart), Bagheera is waiting for you!
