After giving birth to 10 puppies on the streets of Puerto Rico she was hit by a car and needed emergency surgery to repair her hip and knee aal while still being a mother. She has been a absolute gem for her foster mom in Puerto Rico where she has mastered house training, living with cats and just being a happy social pup that somehow still trusts and loves people. She is ready to fly to the US to find her forever home now that she is healed. Her puppies have all found their happily ever after, now its her turn! Clara is 1-2 years old, 45 lbs, spayed and current on vaccines. She can be in Virginia before Christmas if she has a family waiting here for her. Complete an application today to secure her spot on our final transport of the year.

One of our adoption coordinators will reach out to you to discuss what type of dog would best fit your needs and family.
Meet the Pet
Once approved, you will be connected with the animals foster to schedule an in-person meet and greet.
Take the Pet Home
After the meet and greet, if the animal is a ggod fit, a trial adoption will be scheduled where you bring the animal home for a trial.
Sign Adoption Contract
if after the trial period you wish to adopt the animal, you will complete our adoption contract.
Pay Fee
Most adoption fees are $395 for dogs.
