My personality

My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hannah came to SPIN as a young Standard Poodle looking for stability, confidence, and a family who will treasure her gentle heart. At just a year and a half old, she is already an incredibly affectionate, people-focused dog who wants nothing more than to be close to her humans. Smart, loyal, and deeply bonded to those she trusts, Hannah has blossomed in her foster home with routine, reassurance, and kind handling. She has shown herself to be calm in the home, friendly with visitors, and wonderfully positive in her interactions with other dogs. With her sweet nature, soft personality, and eagerness to learn, Hannah is ready to begin the next chapter with a family who will keep building her confidence and celebrate all the love she has to offer.

Their adoption process

Additional adoption info

Each adoptive family will complete an application, come out to meet the available dog(s) and then email us after the meeting to let us know their intentions to pursue the adoption. We will do a home visit, check their references and then decide on the best home for each dog. Once a home is chosen, the family will sign our adoption contract and pay the $450 adoption fee prior to taking their new family member home with them!

More about this rescue

SPIN strives to educate and raise public awareness about how to be responsible for and share your life with a companion animal. We talk about the importance of spay/neuter programs, the deplorable conditions found in puppy mills and advocate for change. We are most proud, however, of our work in engaging like-minded people together by providing a forum to discuss how to care for and celebrate the poodle breed, but also to come together when necessary to help poodles in need.
