Hi my name is fauna! I am 9 months. I love playing with toys, going to the dog park, playing with kids, and giving the best cuddles and kisses!! I walk super well on the leash! I can sit, stay, heel, and wait!! Im kennel trained and potty trained! I get along with babies, kids, kittens, and other dogs!<br/><br/>I am a coonhound, red bone/ mix.<br/><br/>Fauna would be a great addition to a family with a yard, or the means to walk her every day. She is a high energy dog, meaning she needs to go on a walk or play outside every day! Although she wont hold it against you if you miss a day. She LOVES to cuddle and give kisses to EVERYONE!

Visit the Facility and Find a Pet

With hundreds of pets at the shelter and in foster, we recommend checking our website before visiting in person.

2.
Meet the Pet

We recommend bringing the whole family, including resident dogs, to meet the pet you're interested in adopting to ensure it's a good match.

3.
Sign Adoption Contract

Our adoption team will review the adoption contract with you. Adoption fees are $30 for dogs and $5 for cats unless during a special promo.

Additional adoption info

All adoptions are on a first-come, first-served basis and must be made in person. As a high-intake shelter, most of the pets that come to us are strays, meaning we have limited background history on the pet, such as health, behavioral or living history. All adoptions include the animal's spay/neuter procedure, microchip, age-appropriate vaccinations and city license. All adoptions include a 7 day free trial with our training partner, GoodPup to help ease the transition!
