My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Willy Nelson is a tender-hearted, medium energy boy with a soft, thoughtful nature. He can be a little shy when he first meets someone new, but give him just a little time - and he blossoms into the sweetest, most loyal companion. Once he knows you're safe, Willy becomes affectionate, trusting, and eager to please. He loves being near his person, exploring the yard, and settling in close for quiet companionship. He isn't pushy or loud, he's a gentle follower with a sensitive soul. He does beautifully with other dogs and reads their energy very well. Willy thrives in a home that lets him warm up at his own pace and celebrates the moment he decides "you're my person". Willy is crate trained, routine loving, and food motivated - all of the makings of an easy, loving addition to the right family. If you want to welcome Willy into your family please reach out.

More about this rescue

At Who Saved Who, we are deeply committed to rescuing, protecting, and advocating for animals in need while building a compassionate community that recognizes the intrinsic value of every animal's life. Our mission is rooted in the belief that all animals deserve love, respect, and the opportunity to live free from harm, neglect, and suffering.

Through our rescue efforts, we provide a safe haven for cats and dogs who have been abandoned, mistreated, or left homeless. We work tirelessly to ensure they receive the care, rehabilitation, and love they need to heal—both physically and emotionally—before finding them permanent, loving homes where they can thrive.
