At 70 pounds, he's no small fry, but for those who appreciate a large dog (with a large bark when needed), you'll fall in love with him. Buster is currently in a foster home with two other dogs, a kiddo, and a resident cat(That he is far too interested in). He is gentle and peaceful with the kiddo and other pups. However, Buster finds the cat fascinating, in the worst way possible, and will bark at and chase the cat given the opportunity. For this reason, we don't recommend he go to a house with cats. Somehow, even being as large as he is, he still managed to crawl under the bed to chase after the cat, so he is determined! His favorite place to be is by your side - on the couch, on your bed, anywhere soft and warm and near his people is where you'll find him. Like a typical Lab, he loves his food. He also enjoys counter surfing to sneak bites of food if he can, so we recommend putting leftovers away. He will also open up cabinets with his nose to look for treats. He hasn't shown much interest in toys so far, but does appreciate a tasty bone. If you're looking for a true companion, Buster is your guy!
