If you see pets listed by a private owner, it means that they’re adoptable through Adopt a Pet’s Rehome program – the safe and reliable way to find a loving new home for your pet.
Benjamin (Benjo) is a gentle, sweet, and intelligent 1.5-year-old cat who takes a little time to warm up — but once he trusts you, he becomes incredibly affectionate. He loves curling up next to his human for naps, asking for belly rubs, and quietly keeping you company throughout the day.
Benjo is calm, observant, and emotionally intuitive. He communicates beautifully with eye contact and will softly let you know when he wants attention or a treat. He especially loves wet food and has a funny habit of “negotiating” breakfast in the mornings.
He has experience with supervised outdoor time in a safe yard, but he can also be a fully indoor cat. Outdoor access is not required — he simply enjoys fresh air when it’s safe.
Benjo is healthy, neutered, fully vaccinated, and well-mannered. He would thrive in a calm, loving home with someone patient and gentle who appreciates a cat that forms a deep bond.
