My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Jenny, a petite 6-year-old DSH beauty who proves that black cats are anything but ordinary! This sweet girl adores people and has a special way of making everyone feel like her new best friend. The moment you walk into the room, she’s there with gentle purrs, happy head bumps, and her signature roll-around routine—inviting you to stop what you're doing and give her the affection she loves.

Jenny is a wonderful mix of playful and cuddly. She enjoys interactive toys, welcomes attention from anyone willing to offer it, and when it’s time to relax, she’ll happily stretch out on your chest or curl up on your lap (or your laptop if you’re working!). At night, she’ll likely join you on the bed, but she’s also content settling into her own cozy spot.

She’d thrive as an only kitty if she gets plenty of human attention, but she’s also curious about other pets and would likely do well with a friendly male cat or a calm, cat-savvy dog.

Jenny has received extensive veterinary care, including full bloodwork and a dental. She is spayed, vaccinated, microchipped, and in great health—fully ready for her happily-ever-after.

Her foster says it best:
“Jenny is the perfect cat. She’s cuddly, playful, adorable, non-destructive, friendly, and the happiest kitty.”
