Does not get along with other pet

My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Luna is a sweet girl with a big personality! She doesn’t love other kitties, loud noises, or chaotic schedules.

We originally adopted her to be a companion kitty for our older cat, who has mild CH (special needs). They unfortunately don’t get along well and this tends to stress Luna.. Luna is high energy and she will need reassurance and play time to bond. She is anxious in our home and needs a special diet for her GI health. She takes gabapentin twice a day to calm her anxiety and must eat a fish-only kibble diet (no poultry ingredients). She should be full indoors in a quiet home with someone who keeps a consistent schedule. She loves playing with her feather toy, curling up underneath a blanket fort, playing with her puzzle toys, and once
