Meet Frank!!
This delightful dude came in as a stray on 11/21/25, and at about 2 years old, he’s already perfected his role as “Good Boy Extraordinaire.” The folks who found him kept him for a couple days and reported that he was an absolute rockstar—great with their dog, great with their kids, and great at being, well… Frank.
Frank is a friendly, happy guy with a big personality and even bigger energy. He’s the type who believes zoomies are a sport, tail wags are a language, and every human he meets is a potential new best friend. He’s basically a walking serotonin boost.
If you’re looking for a dog who can make you laugh, keep you moving, and fill your home with joy (and maybe the occasional goofy chaos), Frank is your guy. He’s available for adoption, so hurry in to meet this lovable goober!
Frank is located at the Richland County Dog Shelter in Mansfield, OH
