My name is Liberty York!

Hi, I’m Liberty - a feisty, adorable, 9-year-old, Maltese/Poodle mix weighing just 9 pounds. My foster mom says I’m fluffy (I think that’s her sweet way of teasing me).

I’ve had a little anxiety in the past, so I sometimes bark when I feel unsure, but I’ve made wonderful progress. Once I know I’m safe, I truly shine. I just need a calm environment and a family who understands me.

I’m spayed, fully house-trained, crate-trained, and up to date on all my vaccinations. I even had a dental cleaning! I know my basic commands and take pride in being a well-mannered little lady.

My dream home would be quiet and peaceful, with no small children, no shared walls, and a fenced yard where I can enjoy fresh air and sunshine.

I’m a sweet girl with a gentle heart, looking for a safe, warm, and loving place to rest my head.
