I came to FCCR because my previous family had a baby, and honestly, I realized I’m just not a kid kind of girl. I need to be the only star of the show – that means no other dogs, no cats and no children. The ladies at FCCR call me the little DIVA because I can get a little possessive about my toys and treats. Sooooo, I need an experienced cocker spaniel owner who understands my breed and can give me the structure and attention I deserve.
Now for the best part of MY story-- I am a super loving and sweet little girl--and I’ve got excellent house manners!! I am a youngster thru and thru and I’m bursting with puppy energy that needs a safe outlet! A single-family home with a fenced-in backyard where I can run, play, and be my gorgeous self would be absolutely perfect. I’m currently undergoing treatment for heartworms, but don’t let that scare you – I’m on the road to 100% recovery and ready to find my forever humans who will love me for the special girl I am!

Florida Coastal Cocker Rescue (FCCR) is a non-profit organization located in SW Florida. We are dedicated to rescuing, rehabilitating, and re-homing Cocker Spaniels throughout the state of Florida and neighboring states. We rely 100% on donations and volunteers to help us take care of our dogs. All of our dogs are spayed or neutered, up to date on vaccines and rabies, heartworm tested, flea and heartworm treatment, and microchip.
FCCR carefully screens all of our potential furever and foster homes to ensure that our pups will have safe and loving homes. Some of our dogs come from shelters and abusive situations and we want to make sure that they will only see love the rest of their lives.
