Boo is looking for an experienced, adult-only home where he can continue to flourish. He’s a strong, sensitive dog who benefits from calm guidance and someone who understands how to support a pup still learning to trust the world again.

Established in 1999, The Shelter Connection is a 501c3 volunteer organization at the Town of North Hempstead Animal Shelter. Our mission, in partnership with the Town, is to improve the quality of life for the dogs at the shelter and increase adoptions through training and socialization.
