My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Six Little Scared Kittens Seeking Safe Homes

Six tiny lives were rescued from the cold outdoors and are now beginning their journey toward trust and connection. With their wide eyes and cautious hearts, these babies remind us how resilience can grow when given safety, patience, and compassion.

Special Needs:

Best suited for homes without other pets or small children

Should begin in a quiet, separate room with limited hiding spots

Require consistent, gentle socialization at their own pace

Why They Matter: These kittens have never known human kindness before. They need caregivers who understand that healing takes time, and that building trust is a process. Just as social workers nurture vulnerable individuals, adopters will be offering these kittens the chance to thrive in a supportive environment.

Meet the kittens:

Margo (#1)

Edith (#2) – already adopted!

Gru (#3)

Bob (#4)

Kevin (#5)

Agnes (#6)

More about this shelter

Since our founding in 1912, the Worcester Animal Rescue League (WARL) has been dedicated to the care of the animals who provide so much for their human companions. Without your support, however, nothing we do would be possible. WARL is a non-profit organization and your donations of money, time, supplies, homes, and love are vital to our cause and the lives of the animals in our care. Our sincerest thanks.
