We rescued Daisy from a difficult situation, and from the start she showed us what a loving, affectionate girl she can be. She absolutely thrives on pets, cuddles, playtime, and being close to her people.
Over time, we’ve learned more about what Daisy needs to feel safe and comfortable. She does have significant food-guarding behavior around other pets, and she becomes anxious with loud or chaotic environments. We’ve been able to manage these challenges, but with our family growing, and our household becoming louder and busier, we no longer feel confident that this is the best environment for her.
Daisy would truly shine in a calmer home, with no small children or pets, where she can be the center of attention. She would do wonderfully with an older teenager or adult who enjoys being active, as she loves exercise, playtime, and simply being included in daily life. She is a loving, loyal pup with so much affection to give.
