Meet Bella! Bella is a beautiful 3-year-old Husky mix weighing around 53 lbs who is looking for a new beginning after being surrendered when her family moved to a home that did not allow pets. Though the change has been hard on her, Bella is ready to find a patient, loving family who will give her the time and support she needs to thrive. Bella is a sweet girl who is still gaining confidence. She will need a family willing to work with her on leash training and help her continue to build trust and self-assurance at her own pace. With patience and consistency, she has so much potential to shine. True to her Husky nature, Bella is active and energetic and will do best with an active family who can provide regular exercise and mental stimulation. She does well with respectful children who understand giving her space when she needs it. Bella is not compatible with cats. Her adoption fee is $125. She is spayed, microchipped, current on mu rabies vaccination, DAPPV, and Bordetella. She did test heartworm positive but thanks to Rockwall PAWS, her treatment is sponsored, and she will be able to receive treatment right away. IMPORTANT NOTICE: All shelter animals are required by Texas state law to be spayed/neutered. RAC completes this procedure at the age of 12 weeks. If you are adopting a pet under the age of 12 weeks or an animal that has not yet been spayed or neutered, you will be required to return the pet to our facility on the agreed upon date set at the time of adoption. This policy is non-negotiable and violation of this health code is a criminal offense.
