My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Henry was found as a stray and was originally going to be a TNR (Trap, Neuter, Return) until they realized how sweet he is. He is estimated to be about 2 years old and is a super friendly kitty. He has been in a home with children and loves them. Henry seems to be good with other cats and when he was outside, had a few kitties that he was close to. He will make an absolutely wonderful companion to a family ready to add a cat into their home. He's about as good as it gets! He is negative for FIV and FeLV and is up to date on vaccines.

Our adoption fee is $100 for cats and $250 and up for dogs. We have a Senior to Senior adoption program - all pets 7 years of age up may be placed free of charge to a qualified senior citizen (age 65 and older).

More about this rescue

We mainly rescue dogs and cats from local Animal Shelters/Control when those facilities are overcrowded. Our adoptable cats are located in our H.O.P.E. Pet Adoption Center in the Wilton Mall and dogs are in individual foster homes.

We have educational programs for children and adults about choosing a pet and the responsibilities of pet ownership, and safety around animals.

We welcome volunteers for any of these programs or for our fundraising committee.
