My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Animal Profile: Solei was rescued as one of nine dogs found abandoned in a field in Perris, California. She’s ready to start a new chapter with a family who will give her the love and patience she deserves.

Foster Update: Have you ever met a tiny poodle with the presence of a wolfhound? Let us introduce you to Solei, a teacup pup who is full of barkour energy and big dog confidence.

Solei is incredibly smart and learns quickly. She already knows sit, down, wait, tap touch, up and off. When she first arrived from California she was quite reactive, but she has made wonderful progress on her walks and continues to improve. She is also learning to ring the bell when she needs to use the bathroom!

Do not let her curly coat fool you. She is no frufru dog. The PNW weather does not bother her at all and she is always ready for an adventure. Whether she is showing off her barkour talents or exploring with curiosity, she brings bright and joyful energy everywhere she goes.

At home, Solei’s sweet nature shines. She is an affectionate snuggler, loves to relax in your lap, brings toys for you to play with, and enjoys her car rides. She is spirited, clever, loving and truly wicked smart.

Solei would do best in a home without young children and with someone who is committed to continuing her training. In return she will offer companionship, charm and endless love in a tiny package with a very big presence.
