Meet Captain Spaulding, this spooky kitty came to us close to Halloween! He and his siblings were found dumped on a porch and then brought to BDAR, where it became clear they weren't well.
He survived panleukopenia, fleas, calicivirus, and likely more, all while in our care. Now that they are doing better, we are hoping to find homes for these special kittens.
Captain loves to be loved on. He doesn't particularly like being held. Who can blame him after all the medical treatments he went through? In his current foster home, he gets along great with the children. He enjoys toys but also enjoys a nice long snooze in a comfy bed. We cannot say enough good things about this resilient boy.
