If you see pets listed by a private owner, it means that they’re adoptable through Adopt a Pet’s Rehome program – the safe and reliable way to find a loving new home for your pet.
El Lobo was adopted in May 2022 from Lawrence Humane Society. He was a few months old at the time.
He does not like kennels but he loves off leash parks and will constantly make sure you're keeping up with him.
He is a great big brother to his little shepsky sister and feels great responsibility to make sure she is behaving well.
He is supremely friendly and is not afraid to make new friends. No type or number will stop him from saying hello.
He enjoys being able to go outside at will in order to run and be chased.
If he feels like his little sister is about to escape, he will ask for help. If she gets out, he will go after her and make sure she's fine.
Lobo wants time from his humans more than any food or toy. He is persistent in getting your attention and will happily do what you want him to.
