Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Chase was with MARF for 8 days in 2021 before he was adopted to a wonderful couple. He has since lost his human mom and dad, his canine sister and almost lost his own life to the neighbor's dog earlier this year. The son tried to take him in, but his own lab was not having it, so he contacted me and we've taken this sweet boy back into rescue in hopes of him finding a FOREVER HOME. We never know what life is going to throw at us and it has certainly thrown Chase a curveball. He will lie in front of the door or window just watching the world go by until he needs to go out and then he will let you know. He's on a bit of a diet right now because his mom kind of got him chonky and he doesn't need so much meat on him. He is up to date on everything, heartworm negative, on preventions, the whole nine yards. He really has been through it so all he wants and needs is stability and a home to call his own He's great with other dogs and is missing having a canine sibling. He's crate trained, loves a good snuggle and lap time, not to mention walks very well on a leash, great with baths and gets his nails done just fine. He wants to drive the car, so he must be harnessed well in the car to travel but he gives good directions. He's between 5-8 years of age. Since his food was questionable, his teeth are small dog teeth, so it's hard to tell his age and he was a stray to begin with, so there's that.
