Ray was found as a stray and is looking for a home that can support his medical needs. He has severe hip dysplasia, thoracic spondylosis, a low body score, and open growth plates in his forelimbs. Ray has a calm, quiet personality and has not yet opened up to staff, but he needs a patient and understanding home to provide him with care and stability.
