Shepard was born early April, 2023. He was our first family dog. He is playful and loyal. He loves hiking, playing fetch, and going for runs. He has camped, swam, and hiked his whole life and thoroughly benefits from play. He plays well with other dogs at the dog park and has been great with our young children since we got him. He is also incredibly smart, memorizing patterns quickly and good with training. Shepard is closer to the wife than husband or two kids, but has bonded equally with us others;)
His favorite routine is before bed: goes for his last walk before he gets in his bed with a treat.
For a new home we are looking for someone who enjoys outdoor activities. An active family who, if they have children, have children who respect dogs and have good manners. A family or couple who are active and care for animals would be a perfect fit.
