Found in the county as a young pup, her adorable head tilt, a defect in her brain stem before birth, simply adds to her charm! This same defect has resulted in diminished eyesight and deafness, but you'd never know Celeste was anything more than a bouncy pup! Yes, she is special...but we knew she was special even before her veterinary exam!! Celeste has lived with cats and appears to enjoy the little humans, too! She warms up quickly and nuzzles you for pets, and that glint in her eye is a clue to her happy heart! Our special girl Celeste is looking for landing spot that appreciates everything about her...can you help??
