My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Weevle — the happiest little adventure buddy you’ll ever meet! 🐾✨

Weevle is a small dog with a big heart and an even bigger love for fun. This sweet, upbeat guy is all about joy — wagging his tail at everyone he meets and spreading positivity wherever he goes.

One of Weevle’s favorite things in the world? Adventures with his dog friends. Whether it’s a walk around the neighborhood, a romp in the yard, or a full-on group outing, Weevle is always ready for the next good time. He’s social, friendly, and absolutely thrives in the company of other pups.

When the excitement settles, Weevle is just as happy to snuggle up and enjoy some quiet love from his people. He’s that perfect mix of playful and affectionate — the kind of companion who makes every day feel a little brighter.

If you’re looking for a sweet, happy little dog who’s always up for fun and already loves making four-legged friends, Weevle is your guy. Come meet him and let the adventures begin! 🌟💛Adoption Hours are Thursday through Sunday from noon to 5pm. You do not need an appointment to come by and meet animals during adoption hours.

Additional adoption info

Our adoption process is based on making the right match. Though people can apply for a specific animal, we would like to know more about lifestyle and match a pet with that lifestyle. For example, we would not want to match an active dog with an inactive one. Therefore, our primary concern is the interview process and getting to know the potential adopter.
