Gabriella is a 1 year old 41 lb spayed female mix of American Bulldog/American Staffordshire Terrier mix likely. She is very dog friendly and people friendly, but we still need to cat test here at our rescue soon. She came from San Antonio kill shelter and our Texas Sister Rescue pulled her because she was in jeopardy of euthanasia due to lack of space. But she is very sweet and was cohoused in a kennel in the kill shelter because she was very dog friendly! She is microchipped and vaccinated and heartworm negative! She deserves a loving home! We adopt to the general public but we also adopt to military veterans with adoption fee waived in order to provide our heroes with companion or emotional support dogs . Interview
Vet reference check is done if they have or had previous pets and applicant is interviewed on phone as well to insure compatibility
Meet the Pet
A meet and greet is set up with potential adopter and pet at a agreed upon location
Home Check
Home visit is required to check the safety of the home where pet will be adopted into.
Sign Adoption Contract
Owner completes an adoption contract and I visit pet within a week at the new home.
