My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hi! My name is Juniper, just like the bright, lively tree, because I’m full of energy, sweetness, and a little bit of spice. I’m a tiny kitten with big curious eyes, always ready to explore anything new. Whether it’s a wiggly toy, a mysterious shadow, or a human who looks like they need a friend, I’m the first one to pounce in and check it out.

I love to play, climb, and bounce around, but I’m just as happy curling up in a warm lap when I’m done with my adventures. I purr easily, snuggle deeply, and always try my best to make everyone around me smile. I’m still learning all the kitten basics, but I’m brave, affectionate, and excited to discover the world with a family who will love me forever.

If you’re looking for a bright, joyful little girl who brings a spark of happiness wherever she goes, I think I might be the one for you. I can’t wait to meet you and grow into your loyal, loving companion. Adopt me today!

More about this shelter

The Oahu SPCA was founded in April of 2009 and launched its mission, "Every healthy, treatable animal will find a forever home." The overwhelming support of community members was instrumental in helping to establish the first animal shelter in the state of Hawaii with a "no-kill philosophy." On July 18, 2009, 432 animals were relinquished to the Oahu SPCA the Largest Animal Rescue in the history of Hawaii. The Oahu SPCA rescued all 432 animals in 48 hours after the owner of an animal sanctuary in Waianae passes away.
