Lacey is a joyful, affectionate pup with a big love for life. She’s happiest when she’s zooming around the yard, chewing on her favorite toy, or soaking up attention from her people. Her striking ice-blue eyes turn heads everywhere she goes, and once you meet her, her personality will win you over just as quickly.
Lacey is a smart and eager learner who’s been building a solid foundation of basic skills. She already knows sit and is making great progress with stay and free. She enjoys routine, engagement, and being part of daily life, whether that means playtime outside or settling in close for a cozy nap (snoring included).
She’s currently healing from an injury to her back right leg, believed to be the result of being hit by a car. Even so, Lacey remains playful and enthusiastic—her biggest challenge has been remembering to take it easy while she heals. She’s also continuing to learn comfort and confidence with alone time and crate routines, and would benefit from a home where her humans are around often and can provide consistency and reassurance. APA! will happily talk through her care and progress with interested adopters.
Lacey would thrive in a home with a backyard where she can safely run and play, and with active humans who enjoy spending lots of quality time together. At this time, her behavior with other pets or children is unknown.
✨ If you’re looking for a loving, intelligent companion with a zest for life and a heart full of affection, Lacey may be your perfect match. Reach out to APA! to learn more or start the adoption process today. 💙
