Phoebe is a charming 8 month old female cat who absolutely demanded to be rescued. She followed an ARLO volunteer for several blocks on his evening walk, meowing and winding her way around his legs to keep his attention. Now that no one has come forward to claim her, this black beauty with piercing golden eyes is available for adoption. She gets along great with other cats and is unbothered by dogs in the houshold, but she saves most of her affection for any human with a warm lap and a kind heart.
**Adoption fees are just $50 for the month of December to approved homes. This includes spay/neuter, deworming, vaccines, FIV negative, flea/tick free and microchip. Apply to adopt at www.arlorescue.com
