If you see pets listed by a private owner, it means that they’re adoptable through Adopt a Pet’s Rehome program – the safe and reliable way to find a loving new home for your pet.
I got Brisket when she was about 3 weeks old. My ex-boyfriend found her at his workplace and gave her to me. Shes 3 now and has grown into such a sweet, lively cat. She loves to cuddle, be held, and play fetch with hair ties when shes feeling well. She’s very gentle and thrives in calm environments and has so much affection to give. I’m not home as much anymore, she deserves a family who can give her more time and attention along with medical care.
Brisket has faced a few health challenges: fleas in the past, which has led to her overgrooming herself even now (leaving a bald trail from her hind to her tail), ear mites (currently being treated with over-the-counter medication). Due to finances, shes only really had over-the-counter care, hasn't been spayed or had regular vet checkups.
Even so she’s always been resilient and affectionate. She really needs a patient and loving home, and someone that can take care of her medically, she has so much love to give and deserves the world.
