Meet Cherry! She is an almost 2 year old 70-pound Great Pyrenees mix (75% Pyr, 15% German shepherd) who is fully house trained, leash trained, spayed, vaccinated and has no medical issues. She is an extremely sweet and goofy girl who is a perfect combination of being active (loves chasing squirrels, playing fetch with herself with squeaky toys and jumping in and out of pools), but she also absolutely loves to cuddle on the couch for hours, as long as you give her occasional tummy rubs.
She is a wonderful dog but can be resource guarding with smaller dogs and probably needs more decompression time from her previous shelter life. She will be best served in a home without little dogs or young children. She loves playing with dogs outside. She has never shown any signs of resource guarding with humans. She would also be best served by someone who has more time to help her deal with her severe separation anxiety. She is currently making great strides on medications.
