Meet Powder! 🤍🐾

Powder is a 2-year-old Chiweenie weighing in at a perfect 12 pounds of love. This sweet girl’s favorite place to be is right next to her person—whether that’s cuddling on the couch or following you around the house.

She’s doing great with her routine and is house trained, with no accidents once she learned the schedule. Powder sleeps through the night in her kennel and often walks into it on her own like a champ.

She’s still polishing her leash skills and may bark if she hears a neighbor dog, but with a little guidance and patience, she continues to improve every day.

If you’re looking for a loyal, snuggly companion who just wants to be close to her human, Powder might be your perfect match. 💕🐶

Adoptions include spay/neuter, vaccines, microchip, health certificate and transportation.

Dogs over 6 months: $300

More about this rescue

We're a home-based rescue, so there's always someone around to care for the dogs. Most of our dogs are allowed to roam the main yard (as long as they behave themselves), and we have several food and water stations throughout. Every evening, the dogs are tucked into our kennel building with soft bedding.

Our focus is family-friendly dogs who get along with everyone. Of course, we sometimes don't know a dog's temperament until we meet, but we work hard to ensure dogs are going to the right homes for them.

To provide rescue, rehabilitation and new loving homes for dogs that have been living on the street, abused, abandoned and removed from high kill shelters.
