Hi, I’m Alexa! I’m a playful and affectionate dog who loves spending time with my humans and furry friends. I get along with dogs of all sizes, and love making friends. Playtime is my favorite, and nothing excites me more than chasing a tennis ball or showing off my zoomies in the backyard.
I’m a mix of energetic and chill. I love running and playing outside on a cool day, but I also enjoy perching on the sofa like a cat or snoozing with a soft snore that some people say sounds like an old man. I’m curious and friendly with new people, and I’ve even met kids under 10 who I really liked. When I get a little nervous, like during fireworks, I like to cozy up in my crate with a squeaky toy for comfort.
I’m a little quirky too. My forehead wrinkles into a big uni-brow when I’m sniffing around, and I sometimes return from the backyard with muddy paws, smiling with my tongue out after a good roll in the mud. I love being petted and will happily come to you for some attention.
All I want is a family who loves playtime as much as I do and maybe has another dog for me to hang out with. I’m ready for morning zoomies, backyard adventures, and plenty of cuddles. If that sounds like your kind of life, I’d love to meet you!
