My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Kane – The Hugger, the Goofball, the Forever Friend 🐾💙

Hi, I’m Kane!
Play is my game, hugs are my superpower, and laughter is my specialty! My signature move? The surprise Attack Hug – head between your knees, legs wrapped around yours, and a whole lot of love. My foster mom never sees it coming… but she always ends up laughing!

I’m a sweet, silly, love bug of a pup with a slightly shy side. I like to take my time getting to know new people, but once I trust you, I’m your best friend for life. I'm crate trained (though I’ve never had to spend much time in one), know how to use a doggie door, and have some great manners too – I know how to sit, and I’m a total rockstar on leash.

My favorite things?
🎾 Playing fetch (I always bring the toy back – promise!)
🐶 My squeaky toys and giggle ball
💧 Chasing the water hose – it’s hilarious!
🐕 Cuddling with my doggie foster siblings

I love other dogs and truly thrive when I have a furry buddy to hang out and play with. They help bring out my best, most joyful self. I’m also really smart and respond so well to positive vibes, love, and treats (belly rubs, too!).

Loud, fast-moving little kids make me a bit nervous, so I’d do best in a home with older, respectful children. I may take a little time to settle in, but once I do, I’ll be your loyal, goofy, snuggle-loving partner forever.

I’m neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, and totally ready for my happily ever after.

So what do you think? Ready to be surprise-hugged for the rest of your life? 💥💛
