My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Misty is a confident, sweet, happy, adventurous and playful little girl. She loves to explore and find new toys to play with. She has no problem entertaining herself. When playtime is over, she indulges in cuddle time with any human, dog or cat that will have her.  Misty loves everyone she meets and has a particular fondness for the big dogs in the house (cat friendly as well). She has no problem keeping up with them either! She would be absolutely perfect for someone looking for a playful little sister/playmate for their current pup!  She is always alert and observing everything around her as she hungers for some more fun to take part in!  Misty is medium energy and very smart. She loves to use that hound nose to take part in snuffle mat play and other enrichment activities.

Misty is great on leash and in the car, doesn't chew on things she's not supposed to, not a barker, crate trained, sleeps through the night, and doing very well with housebreaking. She follows simple commands and listens very well, always wanting to please.

Misty would do well in any home, but I think she would especially love a home with another dog and/or a family that gives her plenty of snuggles, play, enrichment, and takes her on adventures. She is very well behaved and travels well!

More about this rescue

FLUFF Animal Rescue- established to save the lives of animals. Through community awareness, public assistance, education and rescue-to-rehome, we aim to address and confront animal over-population and shelter over-crowding. We believe that together, we CAN save them all. We are a 501c3 not-for-profit public charity established in January 2016. We are fully funded through generous contributions and support from our donors and friends like you who care about the needs of homeless animals. We provide homes to the homeless, food for the hungry, health and medical care to those who are injured or sick, and relieve shelters of serious over-crowding by rescuing to rehome animals who may not have survived the shelter environment. Thank you for caring...thank you for your support!
