My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

LUCY, F/S, DMH, CREAM/GREY AND ORANGE DILUTE CALICO
BORN-AUG/18/2024

Lucy is a calm, easy-going, and incredibly sweet cat who warms up on her own terms. Once she does, she becomes very attached and endlessly loyal, showering her person with gentle love and affection. She adores cuddling on laps, being held, and soft brushing, and she’s always happy for playtime and special treats—especially Churu!
This little sweetheart loves quiet moments by her favorite window, watching squirrels and birds for hours, imagining her own little adventures. She thrives on human company and enjoys curling up next to the person she loves most, sharing her warmth, purrs, and gentle nuzzles.
Lucy would do best as the only cat in a home, where she can give all her love and devotion to her person. With her calm charm, playful curiosity, and snuggle-ready personality, Lucy is a little bundle of joy, ready to steal hearts and fill a home with endless affection.

More about this rescue

Our main purpose is to save the lives of cats in danger of death, starvation and disease and to educate the public about cats in their homes and neighbourhoods. Some of our rescues are hand-picked from overcrowded local shelters. Others have been rescued from known “dump” sites. Still others may be trapped from lives outside by kind volunteers or families or may be surrendered by families who can no longer care for them for various reasons.
