Mags came to us as an injured stray with a badly wounded back leg. It was severely infected and he appeared to not be able to use it normally. After multiple vet consultations it was decided that amputation of the leg would be the best option for Mags, as his mobility would likely not return despite his wounds healing. He spent many months healing up and now as a 3-legged kitty he has a new lease on life. He is a very gentle boy who loves both people and other cats and has taken very quickly to his new normal and can traverse most indoor areas easily. He is a 2 1/2 years old, solid grey, boy who would very much appreciate a warm, safe place to be his forever home.
