Precious Seasoned Girl Olive was discarded by her owner when he moved. The family who bought the house felt so bad for her that they tried integrating her into the family. Their 2-year-old and two young golden retrievers were just too much for this 10-year-old. The gentleman also told them that she had been living in the garage for the 2 years after his wife had passed. Her story is so sad. Despite all she has been through, she is a pleasant girl. She is a bit timid and nervous, as is normal for a girl whose world was turned upside down. She has no noticeable health issues and is ready to find her forever home. A quiet home would work best for her. We think she is a long haired doxi or cocker spaniel mix. She weighs a petite 18lbs, Apply to meet her today!

All pet adoptions require a completed adoption application. Our office staff and volunteers act as matchmakers to find animals good homes. Your responses on the adoption application help them make a good match. You can also take our Meet Your Match survey (see below), which matches adopters with pets.
Adopters must be 21 years of age and live within 200 miles of our shelter.
The adoption fee is designed to offset some of the expenses we incur in caring for each animal.
