My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

My 82 year old father has had an accident and can no longer take care of his disabled terrier mix (about 40lbs).

Her name is Rocky. She is about 6 or 7. She and my brother got hit by a car about 4 years ago. My dad did everything he could at different dog surgeons but she never got use of her back legs again. She has a working wheelchair.

She pees into diapers and poops on her own though, but it just happens when it happens. She is very sweet and happy. Not in any pain.

My sister who is very ill is currently taking care of her but can not physically continue to do it.  My living situation will not allow me to take Rocky. My sister has made an appointment to put Rocky down on Saturday, December 6. I am hoping to find someone to help find an alternative.
