My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Holly!
This adorable sweetheart looks like a charming blend of sheepdog and schnauzer, and she’s just as soft and snuggly as she looks! Holly has the gentlest spirit — she’s submissive with other dogs, great with cats, and seems to get along with absolutely everyone she meets.

With her affable, laid-back personality, she’s the kind of dog who’s happy to go with the flow and be your easygoing companion. Holly is about 1.5 years old and weighs 32 pounds — the perfect medium size for cuddles, adventures, or just hanging out at home. And with a proper grooming session? We’re convinced she’ll be even more stunning!

Holly is ready to find a loving forever home where she can shine.

More about this rescue

We're a home-based rescue, so there's always someone around to care for the dogs. Most of our dogs are allowed to roam the main yard (as long as they behave themselves), and we have several food and water stations throughout. Every evening, the dogs are tucked into our kennel building with soft bedding.

Our focus is family-friendly dogs who get along with everyone. Of course, we sometimes don't know a dog's temperament until we meet, but we work hard to ensure dogs are going to the right homes for them.

Mission Statement
To provide rescue, rehabilitation and new loving homes for dogs that have been living on the street, abused, abandoned and removed from high kill shelters.
